摘要
目的:了解维持性血液透析(MHD)高血压患者的治疗依从性,为制定相应的护理措施提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表对某院血液净化中心106例MHD高血压患者进行一般资料、依从性行为调查。结果:106例患者中服药名称查看清楚者占76.42%,不查看者占23.58%。服药时间正确者占60.38%,服药时间不确定者占39.62%。能坚持服药者仅占53.77%,不能坚持服药者占46.23%。坚持适量运动者仅占26.42%,不运动者高达73.58%。结论:为提高MHD高血压患者的生活质量,提高其治疗依从性有重要意义。
Objective：Understanding of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension treatment compliance provide a basis to develop appropriate nusring interventions. Methdos：Self- designed questionnaire in a hospital blood purification center 106 MHD patients with hypertension for general information,and compliance behaviors among. Results ：106 patients in the medication name to see the clear accounting for 76.42% view aecounted for 23.58%. Time for medication accounted for 60.38 % of correct, uncertain time for medication accounted for 39.62 %. To adhere to medication only 53.77%, can not insist on taking 46.23%. Adhere to regular exercise and only 26.42% ,do not exercise as much as 73.58%. Conclusions：In order to improve the quality of life inpatients with MHD hypertension,treatment compliance was important.
