摘要
目的:为医疗卫生机构相关人员研制一种免工具装卸、适用于各种常见规格氧气瓶的新型、安全及快速充氧连接装置。方法:将目前常见的硬质、不可形变的充氧桥改为软性可形变设计,增加多种规格接头和一体化手轮的设计。结果:多功能软管式充氧桥能够有效规避充氧过程中可能出现的充氧桥折断、氧气泄露及伤人等风险。一体化手轮设计可实现免工具安装、拆卸;多规格接头可满足绝大多数氧气贮存瓶的安全、快速再充氧需求。在充氧过程中可以根据需要随时调整待充氧气瓶的高度和位置,能够有效降低医务人员的工作强度。结论:多功能软管式充氧桥结构设计合理,安全便捷,通用性强,能够显著提高医疗工作效率,具有较好的应用前景和推广价值。
Objective：To develop a rapid oxygen filling device for the personnel of the military,local medical and health institutions,which is tool-free handling,and can be adapted to a variety of specifications of oxygen cylinder and new security.Methods：It will turn into soft deformable design from common hard non-deformation oxygenation bridge and design a variety of specifications of joint and the integration of the handwheel based on actual demand.Results：A multi-function and hose connection oxygen filling bridge can effectively avoid risks which may arise in the course of the oxygen filling such as oxygen filling bridge broken,oxygen leakage,wounding and so on.The design of the integration of the handwheel can realize tool-free installation,disassembly.A variety of specifications of joint can meet thesecurity of most of the oxygen storage bottles and the demand of rapid re-oxygen filling,and adjust the height and position of the charge oxygen bottles according to actural needs and effectively reduce the intensity of medical staff in the course of oxygen-filling.Conclusion：A multi-function and hose connection oxygen filling bridge structural design is reasonable,safe and convenient,versatile,can significantly improve the efficiency of medical work,has better application prospect and promotion value.
