摘要
犹太裔美国作家菲利普?罗斯的众多作品都涉及"性",且描写"大胆露骨",常被冠以"色情作家的称号";同时,他写作手法怪异,内容"扑朔迷离",结构"杂乱无章",其作品被称为后现代实验性小说。罗斯通过另类叙事用"大胆的描写"、"杂乱的结构"和"荒诞的情节"揭示了当前社会存在的一系列严肃问题。
Most of the novels by Jewish American writer Philip Roth involve sex and describe in a bold way, so he is labeled as ＂pornographic writer＂. In addition, his writing technique is ;,cird with ＂ complicated and confu- sing＂ content and ＂ disorderly and unsystematic＂ structure. Thus, his works are called postmodern experimental novels. Through weird narration, Roth reveals a series of serious problems of the society by using ＂bold description＂, ＂messy structure＂ and ＂absurd plot＂.
