摘要
主要是结合排队论和时空消耗理论,对成品仓功能区建设规模的确定方法进行研究。通过计算货物需求的时空资源,并考虑到货物在各功能区流通过程中可能产生的排队现象,建立平衡的数学模型。另外,还考虑到其他辅助生产区(办公区、通道面积、预留区等)的量化计算,建立成品仓总面积数学模型。最后,以A电子制造企业为例,验证了模型的有效性。
Integrating Queuing theory to Space-time consumption theory, the article focus on researching the methods for determining the function areas scale of distribution center. Through Calculating the time and space resources of cargo and taking into account the queuing phenomenon, then set up the balance mathematical model. In addition, the article also research other auxiliary production area's quantitative calculation (office area, the channel area, reserved area, etc. ), then the total area's mathematical model was established finally, taking an electronics manufacturing companies for example to verify the validity of the mathematical model.
