摘要
文章分析了YH公司厂区原布置方案的缺陷:(1)不能满足企业的发展要求;(2)未进行物流成本核算;(3)缺乏对企业形象的重视;(4)忽视厂区的绿化建设;(5)无专门的物料堆放区。然后,针对厂区原布置方案的缺陷,结合企业的发展目标,确定厂区布置目标。在厂区布置原则的基础上,根据各车间、仓库之间的物流量和相对距离,计算新、旧方案的物流成本,从而选择较优的方案。
The paper introduces the shortcomings of the original plant layout of the company：（1） Not satisfy with the requirements of the company.（2） Not calculate the logistics cost.（3） Lack the image-building of the company.（4） Negligence of greenbelt construction.（5） Without special material areas.Then,it determines the plant layout objectives according to the business development goals.Based on the principles of plant layout,logistics capacity and relative distances among workshops and warehouses,it calculates the logistics costs of the new and old programs,and thus selects the optimum one.
