摘要
审视当前的农村学校德育实际,其对乡土文化所蕴含的丰富德育价值的隔离、轻视和忽视,是亟需认真对待和解决的问题。乡土文化是老百姓衣食住行等日常生活中所反映出来的行为规范和道德诉求,与农村学校德育具有着天然的不可分割的关系,其常识性存在方式和故事性传递方式使得学习者总是在潜移默化中受到教益。农村学校发挥乡土文化德育价值,需要站在国家文化战略的高度和学校特色发展的深度上加以认识,以精神崇高和群体凝聚为基本的取舍标准,实现乡土文化的教育转换。
Considering the reality of current rural schools' moral education, the isolation, despise and neglect of the abundant values of moral education contained in local culture are problems which should be solved im- mediately in an earnest and serious way. Local culture is the code of conduct and ethical aspirations reflected by people's daily life, with a spontaneous inseparable relationship with the moral education in rural schools. And its commonsensible way of existence and narrative way of spread make learners unconsciously enlight- ened and inspired. In terms of the performance of the values of local culture in moral education, rural schools should apprehend them on the depth of the school characteristic development and on the height of national cultural strategy in order to realize the educational conversion of local culture with the spiritual sublimity and the group cohesion as basic standards.
