摘要
设计了一种基于MSP430F436单片机的智能化晶体管图形测试仪,采用12位D/A转换器TLV5616实现图形参数的数字化控制,采用单片机自带的12位A/D转换器和LCD实现输出图形参数的测量与显示,并外扩PS/2鼠标作为人机接口,测量数据可通过RS232串口上传到上位机实现高级处理。相对于传统的模拟晶体管图示仪,该图示仪具有精度高、成本低、易于扩展的优点。
An intelligentized transistor curve tracer based on MSP430 MCU is designed by adopting 12-bit D/A converter DAC TLV5616 to achieve digital control over parameters of graphics, and a I2-bit A/D converter of MSP430 and LCD to achieve the measurement and the display of output, realizing interface of man-machine by external PS/2 mouse, and realizing further treatment of measured data between MCU and PC by RS232 serial port. This system has the advantages of higher precision, lower cost, and easier extension than the traditional analog transistor curve tracer.
