摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对福建省竞技游后备人才培养现状进行了较为深入的调查分折。发现其存在的问题,提出一些有建设性的建议,为促进福建省竞技游泳科学发展提供合理的理论依据。
Based on documentation,questionnaires,expert interviews and other research methods,the paper investigated the current situation of the cultivation of swimming talents in Fujian.The paper found problems,made some useful comments and suggestions to promote the healthy development of competitive swimming in Fujian Province,and provided a theoretical basis.
