摘要
通过煤炭市场价格及企业效益等数据说明2012年煤炭行业面临严重困难,指出,2012年煤炭经济出现的问题根源在于我国经济出现了"硬转型"的拐点。煤炭行业走出困境急需煤炭价格并轨、降低煤炭企业税费等相关政策支持。
The serious difficulties faced to the coal industry in 2012 were explained with the coal market prices, the benefits of the enterprises and other data. The paper pointed out that the problem root-causes occurred in the coal economy of 2012 were the ＂hard conversion＂ inflection point occurred in China economy. For the coal industry to break through the difficult position, the coal price dual-track system, reduction of coal enterprise＇ taxation and other related policy support are urgently needed.
