摘要
我国许多大中城市防洪标准偏低 ,防洪任务十分艰巨。做好防洪工作不仅有很重要的政治影响 ,也有非常显著的经济效益。加强城市防洪工作 ,除进行全流域的治理外 ,还应注意病险水库的处理 ,整顿滞蓄洪区、疏竣河道。
Many big and medium cities in our country have too low flood control standards,so their task of flood control is very tremendous.To well do the flood control works has not only an important political effect,but also very obvious economical benefit.To strengthen the urban flood control works shall be paid attention to some concrete works such as treating disease and danger reservoirs,reestablish detention basin,dredge river channel,repair dams and some particular flood control problems in some cities,except for making the treatment of full valley.
