摘要
《管子》是春秋战国时期诸子百家中一部非常重要的学术著作,该书真实反映了管仲相齐的政治、经济和教育等一系列的思想内容。尤其在教育方面,书中明确提出了"百年树人"等人才观。通过对道德教育、学校教育和职业教育等方面思想的梳理,来彰显《管子》中的思想在"人才兴国"中的价值。《管子》一书的教育管理思想有鲜明的特色,对我们今天的人力资源开发有一定的借鉴意义。
Guan Zi is a very important academic writing among the hundred schools of thought during the period of the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States. This book contains a series of thoughts about politics ,economics and education from the practices of Guan Zi who was the prime minister of Qi. Especially in terms of education, it puts forward clearly that it needs a hundred years to bring up a generation of able men. This thesis shows the value of the ideology in Guan Zi during ＂ developing a country by the talents＂ by arranging the thoughts of ethics education, school education and occupation education. The education management ideology has distinctive feature, and there must be someway use for reference for human resource development today.
