摘要 对低压配电系统中的无功补偿电容器,一般采用晶闸管进行动态投切。文中对晶闸管的投入和切除过程的数学模型进行了详细的分析推导。理论推导结果证明无论晶闸管切除次序如何,3台电容器上的残压始终为线电压峰值的1.366、1、0.366倍;V1、V2晶闸管两端的电压始终在一定的范围变化。该结果为抑制投切过程中产生的过电压问题及TSC装置中晶闸管的参数选择提供了理论依据。 Thyristors are usually used to switch reactive power compensation capacitor at low voltage distribution system. In this paper, the mathematical model for switching on and off process of thyris- tors is analyzed and derivated in detail. It is proved by the theoretically derivated result that the re- sidual voltage on 3 units of capacitors is 1. 366, 1 and 0. 366 times of the peak of line voltage re- spectively, regardless of switching sequence of the thyristors ; and the voltage on both sides of V1 and V2 thyristors are always within a definite variation. The result provides a theoretical basis for restrai- ning overvoltage in switching process and for rating parameter selection of thyristors in TSC device.
