摘要
目的 :测定胰活生中人参皂苷Rg1的含量。方法 :用薄层扫描法。结果 :回收率为 96 .7% ,r =0 .9999。结论
OBJECTIVE:To determine the contents of Ginsenoside Rg1 in YiHuoSheng tablets.METHODS:The spots were scanned with CS9301 scanner.RESULTS:The average recovery was 96.7% ,r= 0.999 9 .CONCLUSIONS:It has benn proved to be a quantitative method.
