摘要
目的 :考察不同厂家的复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法。结果 :经测定 10个厂家生产的复方丹参片 ,丹参酮ⅡA的含量差异较大。结论
OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of tanshinone ⅡA in dansheng tablets made by different manufacturers.METHODS:High performance liquid chromatography was used.RESULTS:The contents of tanshinone ⅡA were significantly different in compound dansheng tablets made by 10 pharmaceutical manufacturers.CONCLUSIONS:The content of tanshinone ⅡA in compound dansheng tablets must be controled.
