摘要
利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)在湖北鹤峰走马葛仙米分布区土壤中检测出了微量的正构烷烃.三个剖面土壤中正构烷烃的碳数分布反映出正构烷烃的低等菌藻类生物和陆生高等植物的特征;表层碳优势指数CPI值在8~18范围,CPI的变化剖面随着深度的增加明显递减,在深度为40cm以后,CPI值在0.24~5.55范围内,三个剖面深度为60~80 cm处,C15-C21/C22-C33比值都出现极大值.这一比值在三个剖面上表现出多阶段的变化.
Using GC-MS mass chromatograms analysis, a series of molecular fossil n-alkanes have been identified from the soil of Nostoc sphaeroides area in Zouma Township of Hefeng County. The results show the carbon atoms of normal alkane are C14 - C33 ,in which C17 and C29 or C31 are dominant peaks at the three profile soil in the above districts. The feature of n-alkane representative to be of mixed origin, derived from microorganisms and higher plants. CPI, the carbon preference index was 8 -18 in surface layer, and display trend of CPI is degressive along with the depth of profiles increase, after 40cm depth, CPI in 0.24 - 5.55. The parameter of ( C15-C21 )/( C22-C33 ) n-alkanes , present itself maximum in 60 - 80cm depth of profiles, then this ratio of n-alkanes display a varied trend, which merits further investigation.
