摘要
电脑横机的加工精度直接影响成衣品质及加工效率,其中,织针和三角的磨合精度又直接决定着电脑横机的加工精度。现有电脑横机由于磨合三角底板的结构限制,磨合精度和效率低,通过对磨合三角装置的研究与改良设计,使电脑横机的出厂加工精度大幅提升,缩短了新机的磨合时间,提升了生产效率。
The processed accuracy of the computerized flat knitting machine directly affects the garment quality and the machine working efficiency. Furthermore the running accuracy between needles and cams determines the processed accuracy of the computerized flat knitting machine. The efficiency and accuracy of existing computerized fiat knitting machines are low due to their structural limitations of the cam plates. The processed accuracy of the computerized flat knitting machine can be significantly improved after the research and improved design of the cam system, which can shorten the co-ordinate running time between the needles and cams and raised machine working efficiency.
