摘要
介绍了防水透湿织物及其防水透湿机理。与其他薄膜相比,用静电纺丝技术制得的电纺膜作为防水透湿层压织物功能膜有很大优势。电纺膜具有可控性,可以通过改变纺丝液的原料和纺丝工艺条件制成不同性能的薄膜,进行层压后使层压织物具有不同水平的防水透湿性。综述了用于防水透湿织物中的电纺膜的研究进展,并对其在防水透湿层压织物中的应用进行了展望。
The waterproof moisture permeable fabric and the principle were introduced. Comparison on other methods, the electrospun fibrous membrane used as waterproof moisture permeable functional mem- brane in fabric has obvious superiority. Electrospun fibrous membrane be controllable, it could adopt various spinning solution and processes to produce electrospun fibrous membrane with various proper- ties. Throughout laminating process could make the fabric have various waterproof moisture permeabili- ty. The research progress of the electrospun fibrous membrane used as waterproof moisture permeable fabric was summarized and the application of it in waterproof moisture permeable fabric was prospec- ted.
