Application and development of NANO-structured materials and technologies for solar cells

摘要 太阳能电池的发展和利用离不开太阳能电池材料和技术的发展,文中对纳米结构材料及其技术在太阳能电池和太阳能光电转化技术中的应用和发展现状做了简要综述。介绍了多元化合物太阳电池纳米材料、染料敏化太阳电池纳米材料和有机聚合物太阳电池结构纳米材料的研究现状和技术创新,并指出其发展趋势。 The development and use of solar cells can not be separated from the development of solar materials and technologies,this paper summarized the application and development of NANO-structured material and technologies for solar cells and solar photoelectric conversion. The study status and technology innovation for multi-element compounds solar cells of NANO-structured materials, dye-sensitized solar cells of NANO-structured materials and organic polymer solar cells of NANO- structured materials were introduced, the development tendency were also been pointed out.
