摘要
基于对设备快速诊断的目地,采用了BP网络进行故障诊断并且应用总线原理设计一套人性化的显示系统的方法.通过BP网络训练并使用总线仿真软件CANoe建立三节点的故障信息显示系统,定义网络节点,创建故障信息报文数据库,编辑虚拟面板,编制CAPL程序,模拟故障检测过程,以软件仿真的形式虚拟设计故障信息显示系统的实验,得出总线负载率和基于J1939协议的故障信息显示系统可采集设备运行过程中各部件的故障信息,并通过总线发送到信息显示系统上的结论。
Based on the purposes of the rapid diagnosis of equipment. BP network was used in fault diagnosis and application bus principle to design a user-friendly display system method. Through the experiment of BP network training and we definite the net nodes, found the fault information database, edit the dummy panel and program to simulate fault detection process, set up four-node fault information display system by the software of CANoe. Drawn the conclusion of bus load rate and the system can offer parts of the fault information in the running process of the equipment and sends the information to display system through the bus.
