摘要
目的探讨在甲状腺癌颈淋巴清扫术中预防副神经损伤的方法。方法术中采用实时神经探测技术,通过神经-肌电反应信号的变化快速确定副神经的位置并加以保护。结果在临床一般颈淋巴清扫手术中寻找、显露并游离保护副神经的时间约20-30min。本研究组在术中采用实时神经-肌电探测的9例患者均能够快速定位副神经位置,显露、游离保护副神经的时间均不超过10min。结论在甲癌颈淋巴清扫术中采用实时神经-肌电探测技术,能帮助快速寻找、有效保护副神经。
Objective To investigate the effect of the accessory nerve-electromechanical monitoring in the neck dissection of thyroid cancer. Methods Nerve monitoring was uesed to define rapidly the position of accessory nerve by the signal changes of nerve-electromechanical reaction,and protected accessory nerve in operation. Results It taked 20-30min to explore and protect accessory nerve in the neck dissection,but it taked 10rain to explore accessory nerve by nerve -electromechanical monitoring of 9 patients in surgical treatment. Conclusion Nerve-electromechanical monitoring can be used in the neck dissection for thyroid cancer, accessory nerve can be explored rapidly and protected effective.
