摘要
对ＭＵＣＡＰ试验快速鉴定沙门氏菌方法的准确性、实用性及影响因素进行了研究。结果显示，ＭＵＣＡＰ试验具有高的灵敏度和特异度，其灵敏度和特异度分别为１００％ 、８４－０９ ％ ；在不同的培养基上，ＳＳ琼脂的荧光强度要高于ＢＳ和麦康开琼脂；在未知标本的检测中发现ＭＵＣＡＰ试验沙门氏菌阳性检出率为常规法的９６－０７％ （４９／５１） ，可节约鉴定时间１２～２４ 小时，表明ＭＵＣＡＰ试验是一种高灵敏度和特异度的沙门氏菌快速筛检方法。
Rapid identification of Salmonella Spp.using MUCAP fluorsecence test was evaluated.The result shows sensitivity and specificity of the test was 100% and 84 09%.The intensity of fluorescence in SS agar is the highest,than in BS agar and Mac Conkey Agar.Positive rate of MUCAP test is 96 07%(49/51) of routine method.The results suggest that MUCAP test is an easy,rapid and sensitive method for the screening to salmonella spp.
