摘要
技术竞争情报是关于组织机构的技术竞争环境,技术竞争对手和技术竞争策略的研究。本文介绍了国内外技术竞争情报工作的发展现状,并结合湖南省科技信息研究所在技术竞争情报工作方面的应用实践,阐述了技术竞争情报在科技决策咨询中的重要作用及地位。
As a study, competitive technology intelligence contained technology intelligence environment, technology intel- ligence competition and technology intelligence strategy. This paper introduced the current situation of development in the work of domestic and foreign competitive technology intelligence, and combined with the application practice in the work of competitive technology intelligence by Hunan Province Science and Technology Information Institution, elaborated its important function and status in science and technology decision.
