摘要
教师道德具有特殊内涵和意义。当代教师道德养成突显新的特征,如主体自觉、道德核心价值位移、行为发散、生态脆弱及负荷沉重等。基于此,当代教师道德发展和实现应重视教师道德知识与表达能力优化、教师道德自省与坚守、学校教育良性文化生态建构、社会治理与核心价值观的改善以及国家主导下的教育评价制度变革。
Teachers' morality has specific connotation and significance.The formation of contemporary teachers' morality illustrates new features such as subject consciousness,moral core value displacement,behavior emanation,vulnerable ecology and high pressure.Based on this,we should pay more attention to teachers' moral knowledge and refinement of expression,introspection and persistence of teachers' morality,benign cultural ecology construction of school education,social governance and improvement of Core Values as well as the reform of educational evaluation system led by the state for the development and realization of contemporary teachers' morality.
