机械涡轮流量计流场的数值优化

摘要 利用数值计算的方法对涡轮流量计内的三维湍流流动进行建模和基于N-S方程的仿真分析。数值计算采用k-ε模型来模拟湍流流动,得到涡轮流量计的内部流场三维流动形态,并分析其内部的流动规律、流速和压力分布;以三维湍流仿真的仿真结果为依据,对前导流器进行了优化。结果表明:流线型前导流器能降低整个流量计的压损。 By using the method of numerical calculation method, the three-dimension turbulent flow is modeled, and the simulation analysis is made based on N-S equation. For the numerical calculation, the k-ε turbulent mode is used to simulate the turbulent flow in the turbine flowmeter, getting turbine flowmeter internal flow field of the three-dimensional flow form, and analyzing the internal air flow law, the velocity and pressure distribution. Based on 3 dimensional simulation, the front oriented-body is optimized, and the results show the front orientedbody that streamlined can reduce the diversion of flow pressure loss.
