摘要
在互联网络故障排除工作中,工程师们基本上依靠网络设备控制命令来交互地诊断和隔离错误。工作过程中,他们涉及并使用的各种网络互联和故障诊断等方面的知识,如不进行跟踪记录保存下来,过后就变得模糊或者遗忘。本文提出的故障排除辅助系统是一个混合专家系统,它把基于规则的推理和基于事例的推理结合起来,因而不仅可以给出互联网故障排除的解决方案,还可帮助有关知识的获取。
In today's real-world network trouble-shooting, engineers largery depend on the console command network devices to interactively diagnose and isolate faults.The obscure processe, which involves all kind of knowledge about network and trouble-shooting, will be left unrecognized unless it is tracked down and stored for reuse. Our intelligent network trouble-shooting assistant is a hybrid expert system, which incorporates both rule-based shooting and event-based shooting but can assist knowledge extraction as well.
