苯并噻二唑对漂浮育苗烟草白粉病的诱导抗性及其对烟苗安全性研究 被引量:11

摘要 测定了苯并噻二唑对烟草白粉病菌的毒力、防治烟草白粉病的持效期以及对烟苗的安全性。结果表明,苯并噻二唑对烟草白粉病具有很高的诱导活性,随着药剂浓度的增加,烟草白粉病的发病率和病情指数均显著降低,它对烟草白粉病菌的EC50和EC90分别为3.30μg/mL和10.49μg/mL;苯并噻二唑对烟草白粉病具有较长的持效期,50%苯并噻二唑水分散粒剂23g/hm2 2次喷雾处理4叶期烟苗,30d后的防效仍然达到100%,它对烟草新生烟叶具有良好的保护作用;此外,50%苯并噻二唑水分散粒剂>95g/hm2喷雾烟苗会给烟苗造成严重药害,主要表现为烟苗生长滞缓,叶片坏死和黄化。 The toxicity, persistence effects of benzothiadiazole to Erysiphe cichoracearum causing tobacco powdery mildew, and the safety of this chemical to tobacco seedlings were studied using seedling assays. The results showed that benzothiadiazole had strong activity against E. cichoracearum, with an EC50 and EC90 of 3.30 μg/mL and 10. 49μg/mL, respectively. The disease ratio and index were reduced greatly with the concentration increase of the compounds. The compounds had a long persistence against E. cichoracearum on tobacco seedlings, indicated by the efficacy of 100% when inoculated 30 days after treatment with 23 g/hm^2 of 50% benzothiadiazole WG for two sprays. It could protect newly grown tobacco leaves against tobacco powdery mildew. Additionally, 50% benzothiadiazole WG would do some harm to tobacco seedlings when at higher concentration (〉95 g/hm^2 ), resulting in slow growth, leave necrosis and chlorosis.
