摘要
“两级三维一闭环”教学督导模式,是西安欧亚学院贯彻教育部高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的实践创新成果,可以更有效地发挥教学督导职能,完善高校内部管理体制,提高教学管理水平。它既是教改工程实施的有效保证,又是教改工程建设的有效措施,还是督导工作规范化的有效方法。运用这一模式,必须坚持实事求是、理论联系实际、督与导相结合、以课堂教学为中心等原则,促进运行效果分享。
In order to carry out the Education Ministry' s program of teaching quality and teaching reform of undergraduates, Xi' an Eurasia University has created the teaching supervision mode of "two extremes, three dimensions and one closed loop", which can help develop the functions of teaching su-pervisors, improve the administration system of the university and better the teaching administration. The teaching supervision mode can be taken as the effective guarantee for performing the teaching reform project, as the effective r :~asure for constructing the teaching reform program and as the effective way for standardizing the tea, ing supervision. In order to make the mode become more effective in applica-tion, the following principles should be employed : 1 ) seeking truth from facts ; 2) being guided by the-ories; 3) combining supervision with guidance; 4) making classroom teaching be centered.
