地方高校女教师的职业发展研究——以苏北H高校为例 被引量:1

A Study on the Career Development of College Female Teachers: Based on Investigation Data on H College

摘要 对苏北某地方高校11个院系133位女教师的职业发展状况进行问卷调查,研究结果表明:女教师时间和精力主要分配在教学和家务上,对科研和休闲方面的投入相对较少;相对其配偶,大多数女教师承担了较多的家务;相对于自身发展,大多数女教师将家庭幸福视为成功的首要标准;女教师的学术成就平均水平不高;大多数女教师认为工作压力较大,特别是科研压力大;女教师对家庭、配偶、工作和职业发展的平均满意度均较高,其中对配偶的满意度最高,职业发展满意度最低。 An investigation of 133 female teachers from 11 schools in H College was conducted. The results show that most female teachers invest more time and effort into teaching and dealing with household matters rather than scientific research and recreation. On average, they publish articles, lead or participate in scientific projects or take part in academic symposiums less than once per year. At home, they shoulder most of the burden of housework and consider "family happiness" to be a mark of success rather than their own career development. Most of them experience job stress from research, and are more satisfied with their families, husbands and jobs rather than with career development.
