摘要
首先阐明误差比率函数的三大数学特性。随后推出误差比率单位增量函数ΔERRdn和ΔERRdj。利用这两类连续函数对非线性离散本质的误差比率函数进行线性等价 :确定误差比率分布域的边界、推出边界函数。最后论证ΔERRdn和ΔERRdj两者同时为零的条件 ,从而揭示建立分时段并行A/D转换精度理想量化数学模型的根源。
This paper first explains the three mathematical features of error ratio function. Then it presents the functions of error ratio unit increment ——ΔERR dn and ΔERR dj . By using the two kinds of continuity functions, it makes a linearity equivalence of the non linearity discrete essence of error ratio functions. Finally it expounds the condition in which both ΔERR dn and ΔERR dj are zero, thus revealing the foundation of establishing a mathematical model of pipelined flash A/D interface. [WT5HZ]
