摘要
在 p H为 1 0的氨 -氯化铵缓冲液中 ,Fe3 + 与络黑 T( EBT)形成暗红色的配合物 ,其最大吸收波长在 4 80 nm处 ,吸收系数为 2 3 0 0 0 ,线性范围为 ( 0～ 1 .2 )μg/ml,方法可用于肝铁片中铁含量的测定 ,与结果与药典法相吻合。
To study the determination of ferric of hepatis composite tablets,ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used.In ammonia buffer pH 10.0,a black red chelet compound was made from Fe 3+ and EBT.Its maximum absorbance is at 480nm.Absorptivity is 23000.There was good linear relation over the range of 0-1.2 μg·ml -1 .This method was more respective than pharmacy.
