摘要
评述了疏水相互作用色谱 (HydrophobicInteractionChromatography,HIC)的理论研究 ,及其在生物化学研究领域中的应用 ,包括生物大分子的分离纯化 ,蛋白质的复性。
This review is mainly concerned with the recently development in hydrophobic interaction chromatography(HIC).The mechanism of retention in HIC and applications of HIC in biochemical research are reviewed,respectively.
