摘要
讨论了畜禽数量性状座位的概念、检测数量性状座位的两种方法 :候选基因法和基因组扫描法 ,以及两种方法的优缺点 。
The definition of quantitative trait locus(QTL) and the two identificaiton approaches of candidate gene and whole genome scanning were reviewed in this article.Also,the merits and demerits of the approach,the progress and prospects of identification of QTL in livestock were discussed.
