摘要
介入放射学技术在布加氏综合征(Budd-Chiari syndrome,BCS)的治疗中,因其具有创伤小、操作简单、并发症少、可重复性强等优点,已成为BCS的首选治疗方法,但对于BCS合并下腔静脉血栓的治疗,曾一度被认为是介入治疗的禁忌证。随着人们对BCS合并下腔静脉血栓机制认识的逐渐加深以及介入器材和影像导向技术的进一步发展,目前有关采用介入方法治疗BCS合并下腔静脉血栓的报道逐渐增多。本文就BCS合并下腔静脉血栓的介入治疗现状和进展作一综述。
Interventional radiology technology has become the first therapy for Budd-Chiari syndrome （BCS）,because its has the small trauma, simple operation, less complications and good repeatability, but it is once considered a contraindication to BCS with inferior vena cava（IVC） thrombus treatment.Along with the people gradually clear mechanism of the BCS with IVC thrombus and intervention equipment and image guidance technology further development, the intervention method to treat BCS with IVC thrombus reported increased gradually.This paper were summarized BCS with IVC thrombus intervention treatment status and progress.
