摘要
目的:观察五味温痛除痹胶囊对类风湿关节炎风寒湿痹阻证模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分成6组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余各组采用"风、寒、湿"环境因素+弗氏完全佐剂的方法复制类风湿关节炎风寒湿痹阻证大鼠模型。造模第15天灌胃给予相应的药物,每天1次,连续14d。致炎后第16天测量大鼠继发性足趾肿胀度,记录大鼠多发性关节炎指数,4d1次,共4次。末次给药后,处死大鼠,用HE法检测大鼠关节病理组织学改变程度;用比色法测定血清中丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮含量。结果:与模型组相比,五味温通除痹胶囊中、高剂量组能显著降低大鼠继发性足趾肿胀度、多发性关节炎指数、血清丙二醛、一氧化氮水平,升高超氧化物歧化酶水平;病理结果亦发现,五味温通除痹胶囊能够减轻大鼠关节病理损伤程度。结论:五味温通除痹胶囊对类风湿关节炎风寒湿痹阻证模型大鼠具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Wuwei Wentong Chubi （WWC） capsule on rats with stagnation of wind, cold and damp syndrome in rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 60 SD rats were randomized into 6 group s： the normal group, the control group, the high dose （ofWWC） group, the middle dose （of WWC） group, the low dose （ofWWC） group and the TPT group. Except the normal group, the other groups used ＂wind, cold, wet＂ environmental factors ＋ CFA method to duplicate rats model with stagnation of wind, cold and damp syndrome in rheumatoid arthritis. After model establishment, the WWC treated groups orally took WWC with different dose, once a day for 14 days. From 16th day, measured the Secondary Swelling of digiti pedis of rats and recorded the polyarticular arthritis index, once four days for 4 times. After the last administration disposed rats to detect the degree of articular histopathological changes with HE method; and measured the content of malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide in serum with colorimetric determination method. Results： Compared with the model group, the middle and high dose group could significantly lower the degree of Secondary Swelling of digiti pedis of rats, the level of polyarticular arthritis index, serum malondialdehyde and nitric oxide. The pathologic result also showed that WWC capsule could lessen the degree of pathological damage of knee joints. Conclusion： WWC capsule had a therapeuticaction on model rats with rheumatoid arthritis of anemofrigid-damp arthralgia.
