摘要
介绍了同轴式电液比例流量阀的动态模型、理论分析及实验研究.理论分析与实验结果一致,为今后阀的设计与优化建立了基础.采用流量反馈及前向通道的PID调节有效地改善了阀的动态性能,与传统同轴式电液比例流量阀相比频宽(-3B)拓宽了2倍。
This paper introduces dynamic model, theoretical analysis and test results of coaxial proportional flow control valve. The theoretical results are in very good agreement with experimental data, which provide a theoretical foundation for the design and optimization of the valve. Dynamic characteristics of valve are improved significantly by using flow feedback PID regulator in forward path. Compared with traditional one, the bandwidth is doubled: 12 Hz at -3B.
