珠江三角洲蔬菜中锰的含量范围为 5 0 1× 1 0 - 6 ~ 3 4 6 8× 1 0 - 6 (干重 ) ,平均 62 91×1 0 - 6 (干重 ) ,大多数蔬菜中锰的含量为 2 0× 1 0 - 6 ~ 70× 1 0 - 6 ,叶菜类锰的平均含量为 69 2 0×1 0 - 6 ,头菜类平均为 1 9 85× 1 0 - 6 ,果菜类、花菜类平均为 3 8 90× 1 0 - 6 。
The content of Mn in the vegetable of Pearl River Delta ranges from 5 01×10 -6 to 346 8×10 -6 ,averages on 62 91×10 -6 . The content of Mn in major vegetable is 20×10 -6 ~70×10 -6 . The average content of Mn in form of blade is 69 20×10 -6 ,average content of in form of rhizone is 19 85×10 -6 ,while the average content of Mn in form of fruit and flower is 38 90×10 -6 . The content of Mn in the vegetable is mainly affected by the vegetable category and the nature of the soil.
