摘要
采用偏振分光棱镜来取代传统晶体偏振分光元件 ,可大大降低成本 ;选取光学玻璃基底的直角棱镜 ,在其表面交替镀制不同折射率的膜料 ,使光线在这些膜料上的入射角满足布儒斯特角 ,让P偏振光透过 ,S偏振光反射 ,从而实现偏振分光的目的 ;在K9基底的直角棱镜上镀制了单波长偏振分光膜 ,经仪器测定 ,偏振分光性能优良 .
Polarizing beam splitter prism replacing conventional crystal polarizing beam splitter can reduce greatly its cost. Different film materials coated on selected optical prism comform to Brewster's law. Incidence non polarizing beam is divided into polarizing beams, P polarizing beam is transmitted; S polarizing beam is reflected, which achieves purpose of polarizing beam splitter. We have coated PBS of single wavelength on the right prism substrate of K 9 glass. The results show it has good properties.
