深孔电解加工中模糊神经网络控制方法的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对电解加工过程中由加工参数相互影响导致的系统复杂性和不确定性 ,结合模糊控制的推理特性、神经网络自适应和并行运算的特点 ,设计了利用神经网络反馈学习调整模糊控制器结构参数的模糊神经网络控制器 .仿真试验表明 ,该控制器能够较好地完成控制任务 . The electrochemical machining is an indeterminate system in which many indeterminate facts work together to affect the machining process. It is always difficult to control the precise effectively. In this article, we designed a fuzzy neural net controller by combining the fuzzy controller with the neural net whose adaptability and parallel operation can adjust the constructor parameter of the fuzzy controller under the variable conditions.In this controller,we fed back the signs from both sides by the competitive study. The simulation shows that this controller can promote the precise and gain the high efficiency under the spot condition.
