摘要
以三倍频Nd :YAG激光为激发源 ,ICCD为探测系统 ,在实验室条件下 ,研究了当探测距离由 0 0 3m变到 0 3m时一种机油的LIF及背景杂光的变化情况。结果表明 ,随着距离的增大 ,背景杂光的影响变得非常严重 。
A fiber optics fluorometer incorporating an UV laser excitation source and an ICCD detector is described. It is shown that the effect of the background on the fluorescence signal increases obviously as the probe distance and can be remitted unambiguously by the background subtraction treatment.
