摘要
目的对5家综合性医院的300例医患纠纷赔偿案例进行综合评估,分析目前医患纠纷赔偿机制存在的问题,提出相应对策。方法300例医患纠纷案例从解决途径、处理时间、保险理赔等方面作综合分析、评估。结果①目前几种医患纠纷解决途径存在不足。②当前医疗责任保险体制存在缺陷。结论医患纠纷处理赔偿需要完善第三方医疗责任保险理赔机制,建立医疗损害风险保险制度。
Objective To conduct a comprehensive assessment of 300 medical dispute compensation cases in 5 general hospital in Pudong New Area, analyze the problems existing in the patient compensation mechanism, and to propose countermeasures. Methods 300 medical dispute cases were comprehensively analyzed and assessed from the solution approach, the processing time, the insurance claims, and so on. Results There are shortcomings in the medical dispute solutions, and defects in the current medical liability insurance system. Conclusion The third - party medical liability insurance claims mechanism in the compensation mechanism for medical disputes needs to be improved, and it is also important to establish insurance system for the medical damage risk.
