摘要
低碳文化是由人们关于低碳的价值观、思想、知识、态度、习俗、信念和行为规范等精神因素构成的系统。低碳发展需要人们具有高度的低碳文化自觉,其内容主要包括:承继民族优良低碳文化传统,发扬光大;审视社会低碳文化现实,推陈出新;汲取世界各国低碳文化精华,借鉴创新。低碳经济社会的到来,要求我们积极主动地兴起社会主义文化建设的新高潮,为我国经济社会的低碳发展提供强大的文化力量。
Low- carbon culture is a system of man＇s values, ideas, knowledge, attitudes, customs, faiths and codes of conduct in regard to low carbon. The realization of low carbon requires man＇sintense consciousness of low carbon, which includes the carrying on of the tradition of low carbon, the facing of the reality of low carbon, and the learning of low - carbon culture from other countries.
