摘要
目的:探讨化学合成物联合添加细胞因子的诱导方法诱导间充质干细胞体外分化为类许旺细胞的研究进展。方法:通过查阅国内外相关文献,从添加的化学合成物、各种细胞因子及诱导方案三方面来探讨间充质干细胞体外分化为类许旺细胞的相关研究,并进行分析总结。结果:化学合成物联合添加细胞因子诱导的三种方案都可以诱导间充质干细胞在体外分化具有与许旺细胞相似生物学特性及生理功能的类许旺细胞,其中以传统方法使用较多。结论:通过对诱导剂及诱导方案的总结与分析,初步探讨了间充质于细胞在体外定向诱导分化成为类许旺细胞的过程和影响因素,为进一步探讨间充质干细胞分化调控机制、分化能力及周围神经缺损的替代修复奠定实验基础。
Objective:To discuss the advanced research about the induced methods of medenchymal stem cells following differentiation into Schwann cell- like cells in vitro ,which united chemical compounds and cell factors. Methods:To consult literatures of added chemical compound, cell factors and induction protocols and analyze those data in the database at home and abroad. Results:Three protocols of combination chemical compounds and cell factors can induce mesenchymal stem cells differentiated into Schwann cell -like cells in vitro which are similar to the biological characteristics and physiological function of Schwann cells, especially the traditional method used more. Conclusions :Through the summary and analysis of inducers and induction protocols , to explore initially mesenchymal stem cells in vitro directional differentiation into schwann cell - like of a kind of process and the influencing factors, and to provide experimental basis to further explore differentiation regulation mechanism and capacity of mesenchymal stem cells and peripheral nerve defects ahernative repair.
