摘要
根据热传导的基本方程—— Tian方程 ,对 LKB2 2 77生物活性检测系统的热动力学研究方法进行了理论分析 ,建立了相应的热动力学参数及其测量方法 ,并用实验进行了验证 ,得到了满意的结果。
The development of thermokinetics has been promoted by the appearance of high sensitivity microcalorimetor. Basing on Tian-equation, we have studied the basic theory and method for kinetic parameter determination by heat conduction microcalorimeter - LKB2277 Bioactivity Monitor.
