手助腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术中间入路与外侧入路的对照研究 被引量：17

摘要 对于手助腹腔镜下右半结肠癌根治术的不同手术入路，在肿瘤根治性、手术安全性和手术难度上的差别，目前尚无相关报道。本文对手助腹腔镜下中间入路法和外侧人路法右半结肠癌根治术进行比较，并观察短期效果。
