小型猪不同程度阻塞性慢性胰腺炎模型建立及其CT表现 被引量：2

摘要 近年来慢性胰腺炎（CP）发病率呈逐渐上升趋[1-2]。CP病程迁延，晚期大多数预后不佳，甚至癌变[3-4]。CT是诊断CP最常用的方法之一，但CT表现与CP病理的分级是否具有相关性尚缺乏严格的病理对照实验研究。本研究探讨不同程度CP的CT表现、动态增强模式及其与病理分级的相关性。
