染色玻璃体切除术的研究进展

摘要 现代玻璃体切除手术在向微创化、精细化方向发展。对于剥除较为透明的视网膜前膜(ERM)、视网膜内界膜(ILM)及彻底切除后部玻璃体是每一位手术医师面临的挑战。近几年,国外学者对于染色玻璃体切除术做了大量的离体实验、动物实验与临床研究,取得了令人鼓舞的研究结果。本文就染色玻璃体切除术相关的基础研究、临床研究进展做一综述。 Morden vitrectomy techniques marches towards to minimally injury. It is challenge for surgeon to thor- oughly peeling the transparent epiretinal membrane and inner limiting membrane. In recent years, foreign scholars do many vitro animal and clinical researches on chromovitreetomy. The results is encouraging. This article will make a overview of the progress on experimental and clinical research to the chromovitrectomy.
