摘要
目的探讨血栓闭塞性脉管炎的外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010年以来收治的22例血栓闭塞性脉管炎住院患者的临床资料,全部病例均有肢体的缺血性疼痛及下肢溃疡。结果 10例行手术清创治疗,21例行截趾/肢术。其中16例行截趾术,3例行半足截除术,2例行小腿截肢术,刀口愈合21例,死亡1例。结论血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者经外科治疗后症状改善,提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of Buerger＇s disease.Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of thromboangiitis obliterans received and treated since 2010 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.All patients had ischemic pain and ulcerations in lower extremities.Results 10 received debridement of ulcerations,21 received amputation of limbs or toes（among them,16 cases with toe amputations,3 with semi-foot amputations,2 with amputation of lower extremities）.There were 21 cases of incision healing and 1 postoperative death.Conclusion Surgical treatment can reduce the signs and symptoms of patients with thromboangiitis obliterans and improve their quality of life.
