摘要
目的探讨平喘固本汤加减对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床治疗效果。方法随机将78例2011年1月～2012年6月来笔者所在医院接受治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予氨茶碱片0.2g/次,3次/d,配合普米克气雾剂200μg/次,2～4次/d,实验组患者给予加减平喘固本汤,1剂/d,分早晚2次服用,30d为1个疗程,两组患者均连续给药治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、中医证候积分、肺功能等指标。结果连续给药治疗3个月后,实验组在临床治疗效果、中医症候积分、肺功能等方面均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用加减平喘固本汤,可以显著提高慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者的临床治疗效果,改善中医症候积分,肺功能指标,提高患者的生存质量,值得在临床治疗过程中进一步推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Antiasthmatic Guben Decoction improving chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with stable.Methods 78 cases from January 2011 to June 2012 in author＇s hospital for treatment of stabilization period chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,control group were took 0.2 g per aminophylline tablets,three times a day,combined with the Pulmotor aerosol 200μg,2-4 times a day,experimental group were treated with addition and subtraction and Antiasthmatic Guben Decoltion,daily dose,taken twice a day,Both of the two groups were administered continuously to the treatment of the three courses（each course of 30 days）,compared with the clinical outcomes,the symptom score and pulmonary function of two groups.Results Continuous administration 3 months after treatment,the clinical effect,symptom scores,lung function of experimental group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Application of addition and subtraction and Antiasthmatic Guben Decoltion,can significantly improve the clinical effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stable patients,improve symptom scores,lung function indicators,the patient＇s quality of life,It is worth to further promote the use in the clinical treatment process
