摘要
目的观察实施社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取笔者所在社区健康服务中心2007年5月～2009年3月管理的76例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,在常规药物治疗基础上给予健康教育措施,随访观察12个月后比较本组患者干预前后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及糖尿病知识知晓率水平。结果本组患者干预前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及糖尿病知识知晓率水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施社区健康教育可以有效改善血糖水平、提高糖尿病知识知晓率,有利于改善患者生活质量水平及预后。
Objective To observe the implementation of community health education on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Selected the author＇s community health service centre since May 2007 to March 2009 in management of 76 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients as the research object,in the conventional medication given based on measures of health education,patients were followed up for 12 months after the intervention were compared before and after FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlC and the awareness rate of diabetes mellitus knowledge level.Results In this group of patients before and after the intervention of FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlC and the awareness rate of diabetes mellitus knowledge level was significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Community health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve blood sugar levels,improve the awareness rate of diabetes mellitus knowledge,to improve the quality of life of patients and prognosis.
