摘要
目的探讨马来酸依那普利片治疗原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法 90例原发性高血压患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予卡托普利片治疗;观察组给予马来酸依那普利片治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组副反应总发生率为8.89%,少于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸依那普利片治疗原发性高血压疗效可靠,具有良好的安全性。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety about enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods 90 cases of primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group used captopril tablets.The observation group were treated with enalapril maleate tablets.Results The total efficiency was 95.56% of the observation group higher than 80% in the control group,there were significant difference（P0.01）.The total incidence of the observation group was 8.89% less than 24.44% in the control group,there were significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension was reliable and safety.
